Disliked: The staff was inattentive, we left the property for one day. Came back and got another room. They gave me the same room I had which was fine but it wasn’t cleaned.

Fantastic time
Liked: The best part was the location, it was walking distance to my sister's place. The staff was amazing, we took the shuttle bus to Biscuits for breakfast and I left my purse in the van. My husband immediately called and he was told that they had the purse. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean soft towels. I would definitely be returning.

Liked: I really liked that the property is so conveniently located—it’s close to the mall and within walking distance to nearly everything I need. The location makes everyday errands and outings super easy and accessible
Disliked: ⸻**“Unfortunately, my experience with the property was disappointing due to the poor customer service I received at the front desk. I was met with rudeness from the staff upon arrival, and when they called the manager, she was even more disrespectful. She told me the restaurant would open at 6 PM, and I let her know my girlfriends would be coming over for food and drinks. After taking a short nap, I woke up to find everything closed. On top of that, when I handed her my ID, she slammed it back down on the desk, which was completely unprofessional. I had also paid for an upgraded room, only to be moved and placed in what seemed to be the exact same type of room at a higher price.That said, I do want to highlight that the housekeeping and kitchen staff were incredibly kind and helpful—very different from the experience I had at the front desk. Their friendliness and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed and made a big difference during my stay.One question I do have: What happens to all the extra food when the restaurant unexpectedly closes? It would be great to know how that’s handled.
