Liked: Convenient location access to both freeways of I-880 and I-680 in Bay Area. Good services received by staffs. By the way, Faisal A. who's evening front desk staff presents professional attitudes in proactive manner which's worth to mention specifically. He deserves my respect!
Disliked: Contingency handling, e.g. power outage, has room to improve.

Nice stay - quiet night...

Liked: Check-In experience was great Staff members were all super friendly and professionalBreakfast was fantastic. The chef prepared our omelet and the yogurt with granola and it was fabulous.
