Liked: Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable and quiet. Phillip at check-in was very personable and informed us of various restaurants for dinner.
Disliked: The only negative comment about our stay was our experience checking out. We were in the process of doing so while another client behind us mentioned that they were in a hurry. The staff tending to us decided to just tend to the other client. The staff didn?t even apologize to us nor did she seem we were a priority even though we were ahead of the other client.

Liked: Rooms were nice
Disliked: Had a poor experience trying to get dinner and it was very noisy. Lots of kids teams in and these kids were running wild in halls and parents sitting in the elevator area blocking hallways. My kids played lots of sports, but hotel staff always made sure they did not run in halls or parents were not sitting in halls drinking.
