Liked: Everything about the property is very good in terms of facilities, comfort and cleanliness.
Disliked: We are very unhappy with how breakfast is administered. We paid at time of online registration for our breakfasts, but our names were not on the breakfast list. I would not serve myself breakfast before we got clearance from the desk because I know that the breakfasts at Hilton Garden are only mediocre for the price and would have gone out to breakfast if we weren’t on the record. Recently we stayed at another Hilton Garden where there was a large group of people who basically swarmed the breakfast area and ate up most of the food, so that we had to wait for replenishment. After two bad experiences with breakfast at two different locations, we will either not stay at Hilton or simply not buy breakfast there. Also the people who oversee breakfasts at both locations were unhappy and stressed probably because the setup is so uncomfortable. I also should mention that both of the HGs where we stayed had the same kind of pillows. They seem to be full of very small lumps and it’s very hard to find comfort when sleeping in them.
