Liked: The pool was perfect for my grandkids. They loved that it was just deep enough they could stand. The hot tub was great. Everyone of the staff that we came in contact with was amazing. All of them took time to talk with us and my grandkids. We felt very comfortable staying there. Will definitely be our 1st choice if we ever go back out that way
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: I think for her $35 a night plus taxes are etc.. You should be able to get a drink which I pay for two mixed drinks I paid about $30 for breakfast were complementary but the price wasn’t bad for breakfast. I paid like $16 for two breakfasts Where other hotels breakfast will be included. I wouldn’t stay there again for the value. There are better places.
Disliked: They charge her breakfast, but the price wasn’t bad. The pool coven in the low warmer. The water was like ice cold even the 12-year-old it was staying with me. Didn’t go in the pool much cause the wire was too cold.

Disliked: The bed had a bed bug on it and we went and got moved to a new room. In the new room the sheets had blood and urine stains on them and there was a dead flea on the bed as well. We ended up leaving and sleeping in the car. Thought for $200+ room that it would actually be clean. The lady at the front desk said management would reach out in the morning and they never did and this was Friday 4/26 we were also told that since we weren't members online that there wasn't much that could be done for us, overall dissatisfied and dissapointed with our short stay and most likely will not be back to any of the Hilton garden locations.
