Liked: Beautiful hotel! It was very clean, and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My favorite part was the shower. Not only did it have a ton of space, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was actually enough to wash my hair. I think it was an awesome idea supplying the guest with the bathroom needs like that. Those little bottles just don't cut it.
Disliked: When I booked our rooms, I booked rooms that said fold out bed. When we got to the hotel I somehow ended up with a room with just one king bed, and I didn't have space for me my family. I had to go spend more money and purchase air mattresses in order to have room for them. They didn't have any other rooms available to change it.

Liked: I was double charged for this room - once by Hilton Gardens and the other by Booking.com and "no one can help me resolve this matter" because they keep telling me to talk to the other company about being double charged.

Liked: Spacious rooms and very clean! Our room was very comfortable for our family of four. Everyone had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we’re in the area.

Disappointing

Disliked: We booked for complimentary breakfast and on site bar. They did not have on site bar due to no one able to bartend (which we realized was just a small fridge with drinks) and they wanted charge us for breakfast. We had requested and sent an email regarding early check in, we arrived early and was told with attitude our room would not be ready until 3pm. We wanted just a nice adult getaway night and couldn't even get ice as the machine on our floor didn't work.
