Homeless people everywhere terrible experience

Liked: I plan on calling the hotel and asking why I paid so much for my parents to stay at a nice hotel and the entire time they were dealing with homeless people EVERYWHERE.
Disliked: The fact that I found out my parents 1 vacation in 3 years and they had to listen to homeless people getting evicted from the hotel and them crying and screaming and yelling everywhere they turn! This was supposed to be a relaxing trip to celebrate their birthday and anniversary!

Liked: Fantastic place. Nice pool, bar, breakfast, room. Only slight niggle is the location is not really close to anywhere.

Disliked: The shower was horrible.. room temperature stay pretty hot. We thought breakfast was included for the price. $15 a person

Exceptional

Liked: Staff super professional. They made my stay smooth enough to make me want to go back to Fort Myers

We had a Great time...

Liked: It was cold so the pool was cold, wish they would have turned on the pool heater. I think they was going to but a little bit of miscommunication between staff.
Disliked: The beds where ok not as soft as I would have liked them. The older I get the softer the bed I want. Other than that, everything else was awesome!!
