Disliked: Couldn’t figure out the Tech stuff on the app. Kept saying something about connection not working. Could have been human error as well 🤷‍♀️

Rude staff. I expect better...

Disliked: Very rude front desk person. Couldn't hear him over the vacuum in the lobby and he said I likely caused his computer to crash because I tapped the card reader instead of inserting it in the card reader slot.
