Was satisfactory; breakfast in the morning was good, but no bathtub.

Disliked: The service at check-in was very bad, and the next day when I requested cleaning service for my room, it was even worse. The staff was in a very bad mood, a bad experience.

Such an embarrassing experience

Liked: The location was beautiful and the room was clean .
Disliked: I was charged twice and the front desk clerk was rude and made embarrassing remarks in front of the other guests. Was told the price of drinks were " a lot " when asked for a price. Was told my hold was released when in fact it wasn't and was charged twice once full price automatically and the second charged minus the deposit.
