It I go back I’ll...

Liked: The room was very clean and the building is brand new. The location is excellent, there is a lot of restaurants and stores very close, it is a nice area.
Disliked: The design of the shower was weird. The knob to turn the water on was in the opposite wall than the shower head, it took a while for the water to get the temperature I wanted.

We loved the newness and...

Liked: This is a newer hotel. It was wonderful that everything was so new and clean.
Disliked: How much the breakfast buffet was. We thought it was a complimentary breakfast but $15.99 is way to expensive for all the more that was offered.

Wonderful!

Liked: Excellent overall, beautiful new hotel, rooms exceptional! Great shuttle service and driver to cvg!
Disliked: The agent that checked us in said we were lucky that we didn't lose our rooms because we booked through booking.com. instead of direct with Hilton. I've never had that experience before with booking.com. first time I've ever heard this....

Beautiful Hotel!

Liked: Very nice, clean- it was beautiful!
Disliked: The Breakfast Staff were a bit standoffish. They never talked to us and the main guy looked really mad the whole time. It made us a bit nervous.
