Liked: Great location, great food! Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Housekeeping services were not available to us in our room. I was told at checkout that services are every three days! Each day I Had to get clean towels, etc from the front desk or “catch” someone cleaning other rooms. I left in the morning on 9/27 returned late afternoon with my room not cleaned. I was told the hotel had so many bookings it was important to clean the rooms for arrivals! Not me already staying there. This, I did not like at all.

Disliked: Room smells like smoke. Restroom was dirty. Hairs all over shower walls, was dirty. All bed pillows smelled like alcohol and smoke. My room was so dirty.

Disliked: There was only one chair.There was no luggage bench, so old folks like us had to bend way over to unpack and pack. It was rough on the back.

Liked: Nice big bed! It was in a convenient location. Great staff. Awesome kitchen. Good food. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Flint area to book a night at the Hilton Garden Inn
Disliked: Would have liked the bathroom doors to close or have an air fan in the bathroom
