Liked: The staff was extremely helpful, we had never been to flint, or dealt with parking in a city. They helped with everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and the restaurant on site is amazing. Also, the snacks for sale in the lobby were a godsend when we got hungry in the middle of the night. Everything was perfect, would recommend to anyone visiting Flint.

Liked: The service was great with friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was no coffee cups in the room for the coffee that was provided and nothing with the WiFi password on it. Neither will keep me from coming back. When I travel to Flint again I will stay here again.

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was really nice!
Disliked: It took 30 minutes just to receive my breakfast I had been waiting and waiting I almost gave up on it altogether! My room didn’t have a sofa to sit on! That was difficult being that it was as only one desk chair and no sofa with multiple people staying in a dbl queen bed room!
