Hilton Garden Inn Flagstaff

Outstanding place to stay. Staff was awesome. Easy check in and out. Staff gave information even before you asked. They even asked how your day at the festival was everytime you walked in. Awesome.

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: Wish pool, jacuzzi and weight room were a little bigger but sauna made up for it. Awesome relaxing place after being gone all day.

Our stay was nice, we...

Liked: Convenient location, relatively quiet
Disliked: The breakfast offered was very limited for gluten free guests. Pool directly inside lobby was not very inviting to use.

Not a good bed

Liked: Clean and front desk guy when we checked in was super friendly and nice
Disliked: The bed was super cheap and super hard. The pills were also super cheap honestly very bad experience with the bed and not being able to sleep.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location was great, and the room was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: My last Flagstaff trip, I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express that had a free breakfast that was a higher quality than what was offered here. I'm also hoping that the itchy bumps I have are NOT bed bugs.

Liked: Your.website sis not have the correct pricing. We cancelled our stay there and went to another hotel. There may be a cancellation charge that needs to be gotten rid of.
Disliked: The staff, the room, the price. The fact that your.website incorrectly valued the hotel.

Very inconsistent with Hilton Garden...

Liked: Shabby place, needs renovation; AC/heater was so noisy I had to turn it off despite the heat.
