Very poor

Liked: The pool towels
Disliked: We had to switch out the room key over 10 times in our 2 night stay. There was only 6 chairs in pool area. Only one staff members showed any interest in the key not working. A/c made noises only worked when it wants to. Mini fridge also didn't have settings for temperature.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. Staff irritated and grumpy.Furniture dingy and old. When booked price was 142.00. Was charged 162.00. Breakfast ordered ala cart two poached eggs. Should have come with bacon and toast. Was told to make my own toast from buffet. I got no bacon. I ordered ala cart because I did not want to do the buffet. It is difficult for me to walk. My husband made my toast.
Disliked: The only thing was the bed was comfortable. But with the heat roaring on during the night I was awakened frequently.

Disliked: Odor of uncleanliness in the bathroom. Shower did not work properly.

Liked: We found the property to be tired and lacking things like bathroom amenities, the pillows were very poor, we were not advised that we needed to ask for either a cleaning or clean towels. We did appreciate the fresh fruit in the lobby.
Disliked: We felt the property was overpriced.
