One of the better hotel experiences I have had. Hotel rooms and facilities were immaculate; the staff was courteous and helpful and the amenities were top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality experience at a reasonable price.

Liked: The cleanliness the view lots of parking
Disliked: The cleaners came twice and opened our door before our checking out time .I would like to believe there is a system which says which rooms needs a daily clean and those that require a full clean on checking out of the residing residence there is no need to come and open room doors if its not before 12pm checking out time unless someone has checked out early than 12pm which they should be notified if there is a system that works properly, but generally all was good

Disappointing
Liked: Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean.
Disliked: Front desk staff was not very friendly. We had a 2 night stay and were not notified that the room would not be cleaned. We were out of the hotel for most of the day, when we returned later in the afternoon we noticed that our room was not cleaned. We informed the front desk and were told it would be cleaned. We returned 2 hours later and it still was not cleaned. Finally, a different person at the front desk informed us that ever since covid, the hotel does not routinely clean the rooms and provide new towels. We were not informed of this at check in. This was very frustrating. Finally they sent us clean towels.

Liked: surprisingly quiet given close-to-interstate location. well taken care of. excellent breakfast
Disliked: maybe it's too much to ask for a Hilton Garden Inn, but there was no one doing the kind of things that the bell captains of old used to do-- knowing the area, restaurant recommendations, etc. Post-covid, 3-star hotels are now all charging 4-star or 5-star rates, but not upping their service level accordingly.

Liked: Great hotel, apart from getting the bill! See below.
Disliked: Appear to have been overcharged. No final bill received, requested in person and then subsequently through multiple booking.com chat messages with zero response. Booking.com should make things easier, I do not want to make international phone calls to fix things. If you are on booking.com you should respond to booking.com messages.Update: Eventually sorted after a few weeks.
