The stay at the Evanston...

Liked: I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was good.
Disliked: Makonnen, the reception team member who checked me in was not welcoming. He also did not tell us about the complimentary coffee in the mornings. Room cleaning staff appeared only on the third day we were there at the end of their shift around 4pm when we had returned to our room for the day. "Don't bother" we replied as we didn't want to leave the room in order to have it tidied. We stayed at the Royal Sonesta in Chicago prior to our arrival in Evanston and we had room cleaning at the Royal Sonesta every day and the room rate was less.
