Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The room itself was in poor repair.It smelled like dirty socks. When I went to close the curtains, for the night I discovered that the carpet was soaking wet in front of the a/c unit. (Undoubtedly, the source of the odor). This has to have gone on for days to develop this kind of odor. We did not request a room change but did report it.I don?t think I?d return to this hotel.

Very Disappointed for a Hilton...
Liked: location was great. outside was clean and attractive.
Disliked: Rooms were supposably cleaned and sanitized. Our floors were filthy, wore new white socks in room and they were really dirty from the floors. Bathroom counter had a dirty makeup remover pad under the shampoo, conditioner and soap holder sitting on the counter. Obviously the housekeeper never even moved the holder to clean. The wastebasket in bed area was absolutely filthy under the plastic bag. Disgusting!!!

Disliked: A welcome with water and a couple Chocolate chip cookies. Many Offer this and apples. That wasbefore the Chinese pandemic.

Restaurant not open as usual
Liked: We like to stay somewhere that gives us the convenience to not have to leave the property after a long day on the road by having a restaurant on the property.
Disliked: This properties restaurant was only open for breakfast causing us to leave the property for our evening meal. Additionally, the restaurants in the area were busy and/or under staffed causing us to go to several different places to find a place to eat. It seems that a company like Hilton could find a way to staff there facility and serve their guests.
