Liked: Great location near Sun Bowl Stadium; rooms were clean; took the shuttle to the Sun Bowl Stadium and our driver was very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Booked far in advance for 2 queen beds and when we arrived they put us in a room with a king bed. Front desk basically said sorry that all other rooms were booked and that they would give us an inflatable bed. They did give us a complimentary breakfast that I thought was free anyway, and we were supposed to get a free movie but couldn't get the movie thing on the TV to work.

It would have been great...

Liked: Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Temperature in rooms great. Lights in room were good
Disliked: My husband & I are 72 and 74. We had several pieces that were heavy. No luggage carts either when we checked in or out. Staff didn’t even attempt to help. I had to use the rolling desk chair in our 2nd floor room to carry our belongings. Terrible experience and dangerous for elderly.
