Exceptional

Liked: Spacious room, great location, didn't feel crowded when hotel was full.
Disliked: Small things, loose toilet seat, TV location, bed sat high, and was difficult to watch while in bed. I recommend raising TV up 2 to 3 feet.

Superb

Liked: We were over an hour getting into our room because King rooms were not ready till about 4:15pm. Check-in in was supposed to be ready at 3:00 pm.The late check-in put us in jeopardy of being late to my grandsons high-school graduation in Del City.We were staying here because it's close to our daughter's home.

Liked: Location good. Quiet .
Disliked: Most comparable hotels have a complementary breakfast. Nothing too complicated. Hot/cold choices. Grab and go if needed.

Never Again!!

Liked: Clean and good location.
Disliked: Staff was totally unprepared at check-in. Got there at 3:00pm and room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. My wife had to get ready for our concert in the hotel bathroom. Ridiculous!! No reduction in room rate - we didn’t check in until 1:15am. So we only used our room for a total of 10hrs. Then wanted to charge us for breakfast. Will not stay at a Hilton property again.

Overall the hotel was very...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The pool is outdoors which would be great if it were warm during my stay and breakfast is not included.
