Close to the venue; clean; comfy bed; nice pool, but modest.

Liked: Pool.
Disliked: Room not ready; no bath towels and once we received them we were given one each.

Liked: Clean; nice room; great breakfast buffet; close to PNC Arena,
Disliked: Room service closed at 11p.m.; nowhere close to get food after the show.

Disliked: The lack of communication is upsetting. I paid for a double bed and received a king and couch. It was never communicated. I was informed by the night staff that there was a note left stating there was no available doubles beds by the time I checked in. The night staff then told me that there would be a difference in pay; nothing much substantial however I wanted my difference due to the inconvenience . When I woke in the morning, the day manager act as if she had to, one, get confirmation from staff that this information was relayed , two; stated that their wasn’t a difference as far as between the 2 rooms regarding pay. In which I found crazy to believe because if that was the case I would’ve booked that particular room in the 1st place. I’ve been told that the manager would reach back out to me……crickets! Long story short, book with caution because anything over 12hrs of stay is not worth it.

Disliked: The room was dated. Water damage in bathroom with mold. Stains on chair and curtains. Furniture had scratches and dents. Needs to be updated
