Close to the venue; clean; comfy bed; nice pool, but modest.

Liked: Pool.
Disliked: Room not ready; no bath towels and once we received them we were given one each.

better deals and breakfast should...

Disliked: The night staff was not welcoming, or try to accommodate the patron. Didn’t call your room if your items were delivered . Also will leave the food there without ringing the room.. as much money that has being paid. It should be a little bit more accommodate in for the patrons.

Liked: The staff were unpleasant, & made my family feel uncomfortable. To add to bad service, they didn’t include breakfast, when it mentioned in my reservations that my breakfast was included. Never again will I visit this Hotel or any Hilton!
Disliked: The service was terrible and false advertisement!
