Very disappointing

Liked: Didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel
Disliked: Rude check in clerk. I was inquiring about my Hilton Rewards card. She told me she couldn’t help me and go to the casino next door. They have absolutely nothing to do with Hilton.

Get the billing system corrected...

Liked: Room was great.
Disliked: We have been billed twice again for our room. We ordered two rooms on booking,com. We had one room and our friend had the second room. She paid for her room on her credit card and we paid on our credit card, But obviously, they did not see that each room had a different name from the booking. For the second year in a row, they billed us twice. I mentioned this when we checked in. I notified the desk about the double booking, but she said that booking.com did the billing as a third party. Booking.com does not deal with payments as is stated in their confirmation. Something is not working at the Hilton billing system to cause this. Very disappointed.

Liked: The hotel itself was ok. Staff stayed in contact via text which was nice.
Disliked: The name of the hotel is very misleading. The hotel is miles from downtown and far from anything we wanted to visit. It wss very over priced for what it offered.
