Wouldn’t stay again. This was the first bad experience for a stay at a Hilton Hotel. I expected more out of them.
Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: They were not told as to how breakfast was being offered. I didn’t know there were two hotels in one. They didn’t let their guests know how the dining arrangements were. You had to find out on your own. Parking was awful. Even after paying for self parking they did not have adequate parking for all their guests. When I returned from my event I was told to park on the curb behind the security car. Cars were parked everywhere. The hotel did not have proper parking for their guests. I will not stay there again.

Liked: The rooms were nice and the host was accommodating after a few hiccups during check-in.
Disliked: The chef didn't come to work on the garden inn side so there wasn't any breakfast available.There wasn't enough parking for all of the guests

Worst experience ever at a...
Liked: Colby was really nice when we checked out. I appreciate his kindness in trying to make things better. Unfortunately he was unable to refund us because we booked a third party.

Bright spot was the staff...
Liked: The staff were great. Food, bar and the availability of a breakfast buffet were a nice feature. Location was great and we felt safe.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was horrible. Kept kicking us off, even in the lobby area. It was not accessible on the 5th floor.The second issue was ants in our room. If the ants are on the 5th floor that tells me the problem is widespread.Both of these issues can be corrected.
