Liked: Easy parking, smooth reception and then on to well laid out functional and comfortable room.Everything worked, Breakfast well organised and good choice.Evening meal of good qualty with very friendly, helpful and efficient staff.Comfortable nights stay reasonably close to motorway.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Liked: The location was perfect as I was attending a wedding nearby. It was comfortable for my son and I and we had everything we needed. The lady who checked us in did everything possible to get us a room so we could check in earlier.
Disliked: Whilst the food was lovely I felt it was a little bit expensive.

Great location in a modern...

Liked: It was clean and it had everything we needed for one night.
Disliked: There was an issue with the air con in the room and it was too cold. I could not control it myself and the front desk rang a few times. It was eventually resolved but it took a lot of phone calls.

Liked: The room was ideal. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: When we arrived, I was told I had booked 3 rooms, which I replied was incorrect, 2 rooms only.They Charged me for 3 then I had to chase for a refund.I also asked for a double bed, and we got twin beds, not what I wanted
