Passable

Liked: Close restaurants and close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Staff did not give me meal tickets or inform me or my family that we had $10 in the snacks daily that could be used amd breakfast should have been complimentary. We didn't find out until checking out that the previous day should have been covered as well. The Assistant Manager seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on. He is attempting to fix it by reimbursing my card that paid for breakfast. Haven't seen it yet though.

Short and Sweet

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The shuttle driver was very helpful. We were able to get an early check in wich was perfect as I was frazzled after a ridiculous early travel day. Front desk hooked us up with extra complimentary water, much needed as well.
Disliked: The price point was not worth it in my opinion. The facility was a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was great as well, airport, shopping, etc. The value wasn't there for the price point.
