Couldn’t have been more disappointed
Liked: Location was close to everything we needed
Disliked: Should NOT be open during renovations- i can’t believe I had to pay the amount I did for the accommodations. Charging for Dirty , unfinished rooms is just unreal

Expected more from a Hilton...
Liked: Friendly staff, location was ideal for my visit, restaurant on-site was convenient.
Disliked: Pool was closed for renovations with no mention at time of booking, room came without a bathtub, had to move to a room that had one, room door wouldn't open without assistance, room smelled musty, tv was not plugged in and had to call maintenance as I couldn't move the bureau myself. Too many issues for what I paid per night.

Hotel nice / Restaurant not
Liked: Easy access to the hotel and to my room.
Disliked: The restaurant inside wasn't that great. The night I arrived, I tried for 2 hours to get room service. I went down to the restaurant and waited to try to get an order placed, and the lady pretended she didn't see me. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. Morning breakfast buffet had empty trays and dried up food. I was down at 7 am. It wasn't the end of service times.

Liked: I needed the location and I choose this hotel because of the pool the photos was big and an attached hot tub, also the restaurant and the fact they had a restaurant breakfast thatI paid an extra 50 per day in advance. Hilton is typically a great hotel. I booked the hotel 1 week in advance .
Disliked: Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find a sign indicating the pool was closed for renovations. They offered a chance to cancel the hotel room but stated that money I paid for it would be refunded through a third party and they had no control of that. I did not have enough money in my account to pay yet again for a different 3 night stay anywhere else. So stuck there. This was upsetting, as we had planned to use the pool during our three-day stay, and my children were especially looking forward to it. Furthermore, the restaurant did not offer room service, despite the hotel's advertisement stating otherwise. To obtain food in our room, we had to order delivery from outside the hotel. The next morning, the advertised "complimentary breakfast" proved to be misleading; we were charged an extra $14 for my daughter's pancakes, which were inexplicably topped with powdered sugar, despite not requesting it. On our last night, the elevators malfunctioned, and the staff's response to a guest's inquiry was unhelpful. The following morning, the "complimentary breakfast" lacked green tea. We then had to carry our luggage down several flights of stairs. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling cheated. The alternative pool offered from them to use at a neighboring hotel defeted the purpose as the convenience of having a hotel pool restaurant with room service is why i would be willing to pay near 300 per night. The neighboring pool was extremely small, shallow, and my kids were to big to even swim in it it was 3feet deep at the deep end and about 10ft x10 ftThis significantly impacted our vacation plans it ruined our short vacation for which I had saved up for and driven 123 miles to get to. Considering the cost ($600), we could have stayed at a more affordable motel for a similar experience. The hotel's misleading advertisements regarding the pool hotub should be addressed.
