Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel
Liked: Great location and comfortable bed. Nice gym!
Disliked: Whirlpool (but the staff was very nice about it)

Hello! My name is Carrie...
Liked: Yes I sent y’all an email. I will cut and paste it here. Hello! My name is Carrie Bazemore and I stayed in your hotel uncomfortably last night. The first room we checked into had obvious bed bugs. It was in the sides of the mattress. I asked to stay in a different room several floors down. I’m sending this message bc room 707 (I think was the room) needs to be shutdown and sprayed and cleaned before other guest go back in that room. I feel our room should be refunded bc of that experience. I’m still scratching because of it. 🤣🤣I’m just hoping that none of this got in our stuff because I’ve read several stories about how this can become a nightmare and very expensive.I’m disappointed the hotel didn’t reach out on its own to apologize about that inconvenience. Being a group owner of several of this group of hotels in NC leads me to a very important lesson at our next hotel meeting.Unfortunately I know these things can happen but I hope our staff checks in with the guest. Very disappointed in the overall...
Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room cleanliness could have been better. The sink had streak marks, there was an earring back on the floor from a previous guest. There was makeup foundation spilled inside the restroom garbage can. Holes in doors, hair everywhere. The hot tub didn’t work and when we checked in we weren’t told what room we were in, where the elevators were, any info about breakfast or the pool etc. Overall for a Hilton, very disappointed.

Liked: The hotel was clean and I like the restaurant/bar area.
Disliked: The lobby hot water for tea needs to be continually hot. Please try buying an electric kettle to keep it hot. I had luke warm tea for 5 days.

I want to come back!
Liked: Nice bar/lounge. Helena was tererific! My disability room was nicely arranged, particulary the bathroom to assist my disability.
Disliked: The chair in my room was older and not the most comfortable.
