Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station Co

My boyfriend was in the middle of showering when a different couple that we didn't know walked into the room. The staff apologized but almost seemed annoyed that we were rightfully upset. The staff at the front was not friendly. Neither were the ones at night. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Some random couple came into our room. They had access to our room!

Nice hotel downtown by Union...

Liked: Nice location. Helpful staff. Coffee available in lobby.
Disliked: Shower was not built well and it was impossible to keep water from flowing onto the floor. No breakfast buffet included although there was a restaurant attached.

Amazing with valet

Liked: We enjoyed the valet parking, friendly and helpful staff. The whole room was incredibly comfortable. Beds, pillows, temperature in room were all amazing!! We also liked swimming in the pool. Really awesome to look out at the big tall buildings near by and all from the big windows in the pool area. Also! There is a grocery store right across the hotel. Everything was very convenient for my little family! We'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for being kind to my family.
Disliked: Sadly 1 of the chairs in the room looked like it needed a deep cleaning.

Liked: Conveniently located. Very friendly front desk.
Disliked: Found a sock on the floor in the closet area, which leads me to think that the cleaner didn’t vacuum there or they would have seen it. Otherwise the bathroom etc was clean.
