Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station Co

My boyfriend was in the middle of showering when a different couple that we didn't know walked into the room. The staff apologized but almost seemed annoyed that we were rightfully upset. The staff at the front was not friendly. Neither were the ones at night. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Disliked: Some random couple came into our room. They had access to our room!

Liked: The location was perfect and we loved the spacious and relaxing lobby.
Disliked: Parking was rather costly but not a deal breaker.

Excellent Location, Superb Comfort

Liked: The location is fantastic with very quick access to so much in downtown. The bed and shower were so good! Very quiet despite being downtown, and felt very safe and secure at all times.
Disliked: Parking and Uber pick up is tricky, though there is valet. Be careful pulling in and out if you're a driver.

Ease, convenience, friendly front desk...

Liked: Very friendly staff, helpful at the front desk. Clean spacious room. Very convenient neighborhood for Denver's train station. Good temperature control and air conditioning for hot summer days.

Good

Liked: Room is spacious with simplicity style decoration. Facility is good to have a quiet fridge and ergonomics furniture. The staff gave me two bottles of water when I checked in. Breakfast ordered from the nearby restaurant is tasteful. The location is just besides Union Station for railways and light rails. Not far from the Confluence Park, either. Luggage storage is free.
Disliked: The parking fee is a bit high to be $45/night. The original lodging charge was ~$480, with $100 as deposit. But the lodging fee that I had on Booking.com was $323.69, meaning there was an overcharge about $56.3. The staff could not provide a reasonable explanation for this overcharge. Although they removed this overcharge from my final bill, it is still questionable to have it the first time in my booking history. Without this issue, I should score 8.0/10.0 for this property.
