My boyfriend was in the middle of showering when a different couple that we didn't know walked into the room. The staff apologized but almost seemed annoyed that we were rightfully upset. The staff at the front was not friendly. Neither were the ones at night. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Liked: Super comfortable room. The staff was great and fast giving solutions. The place is easy to get too and close to everything if you want to walk or take buses/trains. The views are pretty good too!
Disliked: Not having too many breakfast options in the restaurant!

Liked: The place was very clean and very nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like how I was paying a lot for the room and still had to pay $50 for valet parking as it was the only option. I also wish they provided breakfast.

Bright and Clean

Liked: Bright and clean rooms, great location! We were able to walk everywhere in the city. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked very nice and much bigger than the average hotel pool.
