Never again!

Liked: The staff was great. This is the only thing I have to say about this hotel. Nothing else I care about this hotel and I have stayed at a number of other Hiltons.
Disliked: I did not like anything about this hotel --- It did not meet the standards from other Hilton's hotels I have stayed at. The staff was great -- No issue there, but the facilities and location itself was not what I expected from Hilton. One entrance to get into and out of the property parking lot -- which you have to circle around a circler divider then you hang a quick right, then a quick left to get into the hotel parking lot. The handicap parking not in front the building, but instead on the side of the building -- a much longer walk to get in. One elevator working at the time. Bottomline, first and last time I book this hotel.

Liked: Rooms were spacious. Some what of a good view.
Disliked: The elevator was not working

Overall, we made this day...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: I booked a king size bed room with a mountain view. When I got up to my room, there was no mountain view. Also, there was no king bed had a full size beds. When I spoke to the front desk told me that they switched the rooms around they overbooked felt that that was not OK. Should have been notified because I feel like I should have got what I paid for only thing they could do is don’t change me for parking ,was not able to get any money back spent almost $400 for this room was very disappointing for it to be the Hilton. I expect more! 12 dollars a day for parking $18 a person for breakfast just don’t make sense to me.

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: The elevators weren't working had to wait long periods of time. The pool wasn't working the while time we were there. They don't accept cash at all.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Floor was cleaned during our stay, said it would dry in 3-4 hours. Floor was still soaked after 10 hours, house keeping busted in our rooms while we were sleep scared us half to death. Just terrible
