The check-in clerk at the...

Disliked: Getting our rooms situated was a tall order for the check in desk. Upon check-in the lady tried giving me two rooms that were already occupied, imagine my humiliation walking into someone else's room. Then because a "second-set" of keys were made the original occupants got locked out of their room. It took three tries to get it right.

Disappointing

Liked: I had no staff member when I tried to check in. The bar attendent had to find her. The hotel did not have complementary breakfast. Had to pay 16 dollars for each person. We did not do that. 2 dollar bottles of water next to the coffee pot. That was not used, either. For 1 night, with the 50 dollars, it was almost 250 dollars. THEN, because I booked through hotels.com I did not get my Hiltonhonors points.

Not worth the price

Liked: Good location
Disliked: The fire alarm went off twice early morning, the elevators didn't work so we had to take the stairs and drag all our luggage down 4 flights of stairs and walk around the half the building to get to the front
