The stay itself was good...

Liked: Beware of third party intervention when booking. I thought I would book directly with the property rather than my usual Booking.com because I wanted the property to get more money. I clicked a link while booking for an extra 10% off and I ended up being brought to a third-party which I didn’t realize until after so I ended up spending an additional $40-$50 on this property Because of this. Not happy. Next time I will book with Booking. Com.

Great Place to Stay but...

Liked: Hotel was clean! All of the team members were very nice and accommodating including the front desk, bartender, and waitress.
Disliked: The mattress and pillows were way too soft! I will not stay there again! I

Disliked: Had a problem with my key pad, which made it difficult to get in my room each time I arrived back. I had to call the front desk every time to let me inside my room. I complained, and nothing was done about. Morning, I was leaving the front desk reception, was very rude.
