Hilton Garden Inn Dana Point Doheny Beach

The hotel was excellent. Our room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were going to a concert at the Coach House and the location of the hotel was fairly close. We received excellent customer service when we arrived as well as when we checked out. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Liked: The room was wonderful. It suited the needs of my family.The view was lovely. The breakfast was nice. Staff was mostly friendly.
Disliked: Calling to place food orders needs to be fixed the voicemail was full . One should not have to wonder around the lobby to figure out where or how to order food. The food menu on the app needs to be more user friendly. Food and parking are overpriced. There needs to be more integrity with the invoice charges. Although the situation was resolved , it should not have occurred in the first place. Additionally , staff needs to use more professional language around guests.

Liked: Super close to the campground where our family was staying. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff!
