I had a wonderful time

Disliked: Staff was great look was awesome room was nice but had a few issues shower curtain was broke, blinds were hard to raise and lower and the bed was lumpy and very hard and the comforter was very itchy. And was woke up super early to our neighbors yelling at each other.

Nearly Exceptional

Liked: All of the staff -- front desk, breakfast crew, housekeeping -- were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Full breakfast options were very good. The property as a whole presents as a higher grade hotel and is a convenient location.
Disliked: The room was a good size two queen room. It had been serviced. Bathroom and bedding were nice and clean, but the floors and beds could use a deep cleaning. The beds and pillows did not smell fresh, and the carpets were dingy.

Liked: The ladies at in the lobby were very polite and very helpful
Disliked: The lady serving breakfast wasn't very polite

Great stay

Liked: Location was good, easy to get to ball parks and dining. Bed was comfortable with large walk-in shower.
Disliked: Thermostat was different in that if you turned it up to 70 it automatically switched to heat. If you like a cold room it was perfect. Not many breakfast choices but a really good Golden Coral is just across parking lot.
