Liked: Breakfast was a good value, delicious, and speedy.
Disliked: The shower door fell off the rails. It was repaired the next day.

Decent, nice, ok

Liked: It was clean, nice, nothing spectacular but nice.
Disliked: Front desk staff was nice but could have been a little more chipper. For the price, it would have been nice to include breakfast. Other hotels are just as nice and offer full breakfast. There was a bad, funny smell upon entry. I am not sure what that was. And, just like everyone else says, the barn door in the bathroom offers NO privacy. It does not shut all the way so when you're on the toilet, everyone can see through the large gap.

Disliked: Upon arrival, there were no luggage carts available to transport the luggage from the car. Then one became available, I had to wait until my turn came. It seemed that maybe it was only one in the hotel. Not a good start for a hotel stay.

Liked: The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The property is always clean and maintained.
Disliked: The rooms always have an odd smell to them. They don’t smell clean, they smell like old clothes, the bed sheets are the same.Our last two stays the towel sets were incomplete, we generally only use the hand towels as we come showered, we are asleep early and gone to our appointments very early.The stay would be more comfortable if the rooms smelled fresher and cleaner. The carpets may be the problem. Maybe a little old fashioned baking soda sprinkled on the high traffic areas would help eliminate some of the odors , you just leave it while you clean the bathroom and then vacuum that up. Before you make the bed. Use garbage bags either a light scent to extend that freshness. Little things can change the room smell, cost effective and something people remember. ( my job was in Q&A).
