It was convenient and the...

Liked: We like the remodeled room. The walls are very thin, though. We can hear people talking and walking around. We also like how close it is to the OSU campus. Having an airport shuttle is a bonus. We upgraded our room to include the breakfast. It wasn't anything special. The second day, we didn't use our vouchers and went downtown for breakfast. Overall, the remodeled hotel was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. The walls and doors could be better insulated. Would have been nice to have parking included with the room.

Liked: Hot tub was actually hot!
Disliked: The handicap room we were given was the farthest possible away from the elevator. We had my mom with who uses a wheelchair, it was difficult to push her on the carpet and navigate the cleaning carts in the narrow hallway.

Liked: Location was perfect for OSU family weekend. Staff was fantastic

Great Location, but Hidden/Extra Fees

Liked: Best location, in the shadow of Reser Stadium on the OSU campus. Hilton standard rooms, very easy to find.
Disliked: Surge pricing on game days and important OSU dates is irritating. So is the add-on daily parking fee. But MOST annoying is the new 75- per day hold that assumes I'll eat in the lobby restaurant or buy hyper-expensive snacks in house, and that staff might not get them charged before I check out. If anything, this policy stopped me from using any in-house food services, which I formerly would do.
