Disliked: THE HEATED POOL AMENITY WAS NOT AVAILABLE AS IT WAS UNDERGOING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. I SPECIFICALLY CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR A SPA TRIP AND WAS NOT NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. I REQUESTED A PARTIAL CREDIT AT CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT BUT NONE WAS ISSUED.
