Wonderful! Great for a short...

Bigger room not better

Disliked: The room wouldn't cool below 73. We had a room with king size bed and jacuzzi in it. Even being in the jacuzzi didn't help make the room feel cooler. The sprinkler in bathroom is exposed and you can see into ceiling. The vent fans in both bathroom and over jacuzzi didnt work. We had to get a commercial grade maintenance fan from staff. The lady at checkout Roxann was rude and forwarded my information to the manager which I have yet to hear from. We paid extra for breakfast and we didn't feel well enough to eat due to lack of sleep and the too being too warm. When we called to ask for help there wasn't another room to move to and they stated "it's a known issue for the room we stayed in to not get cool enough ".I have stayed at a double tree Hilton in Cleveland before for nearly 28 nights in a row and useful their laundry service. That place was phenomenal. This hotel stay was not Hilton worthy. My Hilton honors should reflect that previous stay but my last name was different. This was supposed to be a one night stay for our 5 year wedding anniversary without our kids. We had everything arranged for child care. This was not a fully enjoyable stay.
