Liked: It had an open pool
Disliked: My tv didn't work maintenance came to room 3 times and the 4th the never bothered to show to fix was told manager be in at 10am and they never came was given a business card and still no return call

Would stay here again if...

Liked: Staff was awesome!! Everyone was super nice & helped me with a situation while escorting someone off of the property. Also they will give extra towels if you ask at the front desk!!
Disliked: Cars were broken into throughout the entire weekend. The first night at least a dozen were broken into. Thankfully mine wasn’t, but I would rather not play Russian Roulette and test that out ever again.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was really nice...
Disliked: Not enough towels ... 2 out of 3 bottles in the shower were missing. So no shampoo or body wash

Bad

Disliked: We stayed there for a whole week and we never got any room service. We asked for it on day 3,4,5 and 6. They said they were understaffed, brought us new towels but that was it. The toilets and floor were never cleaned. The beds were never made and when I asked to change the bedsheets they said that they would do it but never came. I asked for room service and bed sheet to be changed at least 4 times over 2 days.

Disliked: - Parking lot ISN’T SAFE. During our stay someone got his pickup truck broken into (rear seat window was broken) and it seems to be a very recurrent issue at this place! I’ve read it on some other reviews afterwards, and I’m really surprised that they haven’t even hired some private security to patrol the parking lot overnight. Don’t leave anything in your car overnight! And unfortunately, try not to have a too good looking car..- Noisy fridge and noisy pipes in the wall (sometimes, I guess if someone is showering in another room or on another floor). I couldn’t hear it overnight, but in the morning I woke up and tried to go back to sleep and it was disturbing.- The free internet connection isn’t fast. (You have to pay for better connection..)- Staff wasn’t able to set me up with the digital key. (They didn’t even know what it was.)

Ok, but had the potential...

Liked: Location;
Disliked: Poor customer service at the desk; housekeeping did not come and clean the room; multiple times had to ask for towels and toilet paper
