Liked the room, hated the...

Liked: Great shower and fairly nice room that has obviously been updated.
Disliked: The bed. Wow was it awful. Like sleeping on a sheet of plywood it was so firm. Probably the worst bed we've ever had at a hotel.

Superb

Liked: I was thankful for all the amenities that the property provided. I did not have to leave the property, which was a benefit due to the fact that my husband had had surgery and needed to stay put to rest. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

Good

Liked: Very clean, and beds were so comfortable. Loved the shower head.
Disliked: No swimming pool, the bar wasn’t open and the morning breakfast didn’t have turkey bacon.

The room was clean and...

Liked: Location was convenient and staff was friendly
Disliked: When we arrived the facility was under going remodeling so we had trouble finding the entrance. The elevator was not functioning so we had to climb four flights of stairs to reach our room. We could not get any compensation for this major inconvenience because we made the reservation through Booking.com.
