Good

Liked: Very clean, and beds were so comfortable. Loved the shower head.
Disliked: No swimming pool, the bar wasn’t open and the morning breakfast didn’t have turkey bacon.

The room was clean and...

Liked: Location was convenient and staff was friendly
Disliked: When we arrived the facility was under going remodeling so we had trouble finding the entrance. The elevator was not functioning so we had to climb four flights of stairs to reach our room. We could not get any compensation for this major inconvenience because we made the reservation through Booking.com.

Loved tte staff. They need...

Liked: The staff were kind.
Disliked: They did not have bar or restaurant open except a few hours and not on weekend. There was drilling and construction going on 24/7 and no apologies were made for evening or early morning work disturbing guests.
