Disliked: The bathroom in our room was dirty.

It was a relaxing stay.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Everything was great

Hilton Used to Mean Something

Liked: Not much. No corrective actions for identified problems. Staff quite indifferent and management unavailable.
Disliked: Security was poor. Exit door at end of our haal would not close completely as closing mechanism installed wrong. Exit door on another hall was propped open with a rock. Flush handle on toilet very loose because internal nut not threaded on properly. Frame around room and bathroom doors installed poorly so that light came on on all sides (room door), bathroom door jam installed poorly - VERY bad workmanship. A duvet on a bed is stupid. It encourages people to run the airco wasting energy. Room not made-up after first night. No excuse or remedy from staff.

Clean, stark room, vastly overpriced...

Liked: Room was clean, staff friendly
Disliked: It was a construction zone with crap everywhere. Had I known this, I’d have made a different choice.

Disliked: No complimentary breakfast , unpleasant view, minimal staff. Made me wish I had stayed next door at the Hampton Inn, which was less expensive.
