Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, excellent all the way around! Close to Save Mart Center if attending event.

Not a good experience for...

Disliked: Dirty. Dog/cat feces smell near front door. My room was on lower floor. Room interior was out dated. Old carpet. The smell inside the room was that of old carpet and drapes not being cleaned. Walls had patch makes on it. Bathroom door was in poor shape. My room was next to possible employee linen room.Doors opening and closing all night. Back window viewed a corner of the building which had trash discarded there. Non kept property and rooms need update.

Disliked: I didn’t get to stay longer. LOL

Liked: Room was spacious. Now thinking about it.. that is about it.. They had a keurig, that was pretty cool, w 2 little liquid creamer packs. Check in was easy.
Disliked: Beds were so so.. the pillows to small.. pretty pricy for no breakfast included.. the staff wouldn't even give us a ride down the street. When we got home from an event, the a/c wasn't working, they didn't have any other rooms to give us so we got a fan delivered to us, then we got 10% off; WooHoo!!!!!

Liked: Clean, easy access, very nice swimming pool warm enough to use. Facility very clean, lots of areas to sit and use phone or computer, food available at all times
Disliked: Close to airport and air base, but that comes with it.

Liked: The staff was very helpful. It was the best part of the experience.
Disliked: The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. The first room we were in had ants in the bed when we pulled the covers back. The second bed looked like the sheets had not been changed from the previous occupants. The concierge moved us to another room and it was clean, no ants. The hotel breakfast was horrible and overpriced. The Hyatt provides a better breakfast by far and it is included in the price of your room. The breakfast was $18 a person. It was terrible. I am so disappointed in the Hilton. I would never stay there again.
