Front Desk assistance was great; Breakfast was SUPER and location ideal to Casinos. Shuttle service was fantastic.

This hotel was a very nice hotel. The rates are affordable. The shuttle to the casinos were good although he was a little late picking us back up. But they were definitely convenient.

Disliked: No complimentary breakfast! Breakfast is a buffet style for $12.00 - kind of expensive just for breakfast!

Liked: The staff in the bar was amazing.
Disliked: We chose this location because of the price and you had a concierge, shuttle to the casino but when we got there we were told no that hasn't been for quite a while. We could have stayed right in foxwoods for $100 more but we figured with a shuttle we were safe to have a great time and not have to worry about driving. It was very disappointing. We thought breakfast was included. Might have read that wrong. Might want to stress that it's a freestanding restaurant and it's pay not free.
