We arrived at the hotel at 2a.m. for late check in. The hotel staff were very welcoming and got us set up with our room very quickly so we could get to bed. Staff was very helpful in helping with directions and suggestions for places to eat and visit! Would definitely go back.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool had way too much chlorine.

Great choice for early flights!

Liked: Booked this because we had a super early flight out of Cleveland Airport. Shuttle driver was super helpful and friendly and picked us up within a few minutes from the airport. Heads up, you need to call the hotel to get the driver to come out, they don't make regular rounds unless they know someone is waiting. We'd originally returned our rental car, then shuttled to airport to meet hotel shuttle, but the driver said that wasn't necessary-- he could have picked us up from the rental car area instead—good to know for next time.Room was clean and modern and perfect for what we needed. We walked down the hill to a nearby restaurant for dinner but it looked like there was a small restaurant in the hotel also. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and reserved our early shuttle for us. Shuttle driver picked us up the next morning at the ungodly hour of 4am for our flight. Hats off to anyone who has to work at that hour!

Great location, will be back!

Liked: Location is great, close to the airport and nice shuttle service. The little restaurant is nice for dinner and drinks. It worked out well for us. The room was nice, beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
Disliked: One of the elevators and the ice machine wasn't working while we were there.
