We arrived at the hotel at 2a.m. for late check in. The hotel staff were very welcoming and got us set up with our room very quickly so we could get to bed. Staff was very helpful in helping with directions and suggestions for places to eat and visit! Would definitely go back.
Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool had way too much chlorine.

Disliked: The top blanket of our bed looked like a cat had gotten hold of it with its nails had many pulls and hanging threads.

Nice stay but don't fall...
Liked: Very clean! Friendly staff!
Disliked: The scam that was breakfast buffet. There was no mention that it was $18 a plate when the check in person told us the time breakfast was served. There's no signage anywhere, just a worker telling you verbally that it's $18 a person. There was nothing served off the griddle (pancakes, French toast) to have with syrup and when asked about it, I was told it would be extra. The breakfast was mediocre at best and was not worth the $40 spent on it. We also watched multiple parties almost get sucked into the same scam. A man put a banana back because he was then verbally told the price of the buffet. Not sanitary at all and very off-putting. I really expected more from such a beautiful hotel.
