Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Airport

We arrived at the hotel at 2a.m. for late check in. The hotel staff were very welcoming and got us set up with our room very quickly so we could get to bed. Staff was very helpful in helping with directions and suggestions for places to eat and visit! Would definitely go back.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool had way too much chlorine.

Liked: Everyone was fantastic from the airport pick up to the last trip back to airport. Everyone was so nice. The room was comfy and super clean.

Liked: Save yourself the money, this is a motel six for the price of the Hilton. Broken ac, construction all over the building, and a staff that was never around.

Liked: I’ve been traveling for 40 years worst experience I’ve ever had! I had my 3 month old granddaughter with me with tubes in her nose and an oxygen tank so she can breathe and there were renovations happening and no lobby and my granddaughter was coughing from all the dust. Lady who checked us in after an hour of waiting in the dust and noise with a baby wouldn’t accept my email confirmation showing I prepaid for our room. Long story short I only stayed in the room for 2 hours then checked out. I should get my money back
