We liked the March 9...

Liked: We left before breakfast hours. The location was good.
Disliked: We intended to reserve a room in Cartersville, GA & mistakenly made a reservation in Clarksville, TN. We discovered our mistake when we arrived in Cartersville. We were very disappointed when we called the Clarksville, TN hotel to cancel the reservation & the hotel refused to refund it. This was on March 21.

Liked: Everything!
Disliked: The fact that my 1st room didn't have heat and the Employee stated that the previous guest reported it but the room was rented again. Immediate accommodations were made within seconds. I was satisfied ultimately. Great Job!!!

Bed from hell

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The bed was so horrible.The restaurant had terrible food.The TV kept getting a frozen screen...poor internet service.

Won’t stay there again

Liked: It was very well decorated in the front lobby
Disliked: Front desk staff was extremely grumpy and short. I get it we all have days where we don’t want to be at work, but don’t talk down and make people feel dumb

Liked: Sharisse the manager behind the desk was amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong day and she helped me last minute get it all figured out. You don’t find good customer service anymore, I would definitely return.
