Disliked: Room was great, it just seams all these hotels remodel and put it the flattest pillows and softest mattress’s they can find.It doesn’t really make for the best sleep.

Unsatisfactory

Disliked: The front desk lady was rude! I booked two rooms under my name and when I checked in she shared she did not see both rooms and could not fulfil the request for them to be adjoining or side by side! She later lied and said they didn’t have adjoining rooms and then shared afterwards that if she had received my reservation earlier she could have accommodated the request! I showed her my confirmation email and she shared it was incorrect . The rooms also lacked noise control, we could hear so much in the hallways a a baby crying in an adjacent room.

Great Hotel

Liked: Hotel was great. Nice sized clean room. Great location. Right off expressway.
Disliked: I rated this a 9 only because you had to pay for breakfast, which basically is free at most hotels we've stayed at. Also, coffee was free but was empty when we went to get some.

Disliked: Fridge was very warm and smelled like rotten food, it was horrible.
