Disliked: The 12 dollar breakfast buffet was nothing more than a normal continental breakfast.... definitely shouldn't have cost 12. Should be included in the price of the stay. Not worth 12 dollars by a long shot.

Liked: Hotel was pretty good. Nice staff upon check-in. Room was nice. Basic needs met. Pool area was nice.
Disliked: **BEWARE**I booked through booking.com and our stay included a breakfast. Upon entering the area for breakfast I was told our booking did not include breakfast. I pulled up the app and showed that it did and the attendant working said he would honor it because it wasn’t going to make or break them AS LONG AS I TIPPED HIM IN CASH. I laughed it off. I am not a confrontational person and was trying to move along to get my daughter her breakfast. When we sat down in the dining area, he proceeded to bring over a handwritten bill showing the cost for breakfast and then wrote in a place for a tip and my room number. And that if I tipped in cash he wouldn’t turn it in to the front desk. I said sir I don’t understand. Again, the booking included breakfast. At this point I think he knew I was getting mad and said well I know…I am just showing you what to look for on your final print out when you leave. I left that “bill” on the table and left shortly after. We checked out and was sent a “final bill” that showed a zero balance and no breakfast on my tab. However, later on there was a charge for $30.10. I called and spoke to a woman who told me it was for the breakfast!! So frustrating. I explained what happened and she was so kind and understanding. Credited back my account for the breakfast and said it was a miscommunication when booking.com sent over my reservation information that they didn’t include the breakfast part. My account was immediately credited back. I am not upset about the miscommunication. That is life. I am mad that I was hounded about giving him a cash tip or that he was doing me a favor by letting us get breakfast. It was so disappointing because up until that point, everyone I had encountered was so nice. As much as I appreciate them crediting my account back it puts a sour taste in my mouth and will probably not stay at another Hilton again.
