Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown

We got to see an awesome show and have a very relaxing night.

Liked: The room was very neat and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was all very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was really good, but not included with the room.

Liked: It was a nice facility
Disliked: Our room was 505 and it smelled very bad. Like the carpet and floors were cleaned with dirty water. Almost asked for a different room.

Liked: Relevantly close to everything.
Disliked: Room carpet was sticky. Housekeeping was every other day. The washer to do laundry was broken.

Liked: The cook cooked an amazing omelet. When we checking out, Jarrod was amazing! He has a great people person personality.
Disliked: The breakfast was too expensive. Other Hilton Gardens that we have stayed in before was all you can eat. Everything was expensive at the self snack area. I mean $12 for a pint of ice cream. Customer service was not friendly. When you needed to ask a question, customer service desk was always empty with a sign that say we will be back. The pool was cold and salty. The day that we was checking out, housekeeping kept knocking on our door trying to rush us out. They started knocking at 9 am and check out was at 11.

Liked: Nice, clean, comfortable , and friendly staff
Disliked: Had to pay for parking !!! I pay for a room. At cost and still have to pay for parking is ridiculous!!! I'm a guest at your hotel paid good money could have gone to any good hotel but chose your establishment!!!
