Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown

We got to see an awesome show and have a very relaxing night.

Liked: The room was very neat and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was all very courteous and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was really good, but not included with the room.

Liked: staff friendly and ready to serve. very little road noise that close to interstate.
Disliked: having to pay for parking. this is the stupidest thing I ever heard of in my life. first time I ever had to do this and will try very hard to never do it again.

Liked: The receptionist was very nice. Jas was very sweet. The room was nice.
Disliked: The biggest issue I had was the lady at the breakfast area. I have never been to a breakfast like this so I wanted some info. She was very rude and told me, “what is the issue. It’s a buffet and that’s it.” I was stunned! Then while we sat down eating a young African American boy came down and all of a sudden they made him fresh hot waffles! That was never offered to us or others around us. Then more African American kids came down and the same thing happened. I actually felt like it was a racial issue.
