Disappointing, inconvenient, no empathy for...

Disliked: Without notice at time of reserving a room for Sunday night Oct. 31 the hotel never mentioned that the bar and restaurant would be closed for my stay.I would have definitely stayed at another hotel with an open bar and restaurant. I asked for discount but was refused by unhelpful front desk person. I

Noisey Headboards + No Sleep...

Liked: There was no free breakfast. It was expensive. Coffee, A staple for all, There was none made & when I asked to make coffee, I was told to wait by the Breakfast staff while they discussed a clients bill. I just feel one of the two guest services employees I asked could have made the coffee because their were 3 other Hilton Clients waiting, but they chose to put myself and the others aside. I was basically dismissed. Once coffee was made, we come to find ....NO Coffee Lids in THE WHOLE HOTEL... I was unable to take coffee on the go. Not even Housekeeping had coffee lids.
Disliked: There was a loud couple in the mist of their company & the Headboard was banging on our wall at 2am. Embarrassing to say, but not much sleep past 2am. I had a very good...

Liked: I think.it was reasonably priced for the area considering the many hotel options I could choose from that weekend.
Disliked: I think parking is a little pricey.
