It was a great time.
Liked: I stayed at the McCormick for one night to see a concert in town. The staff was kind and responsive and seemed to go out of their way to help me.
Disliked: Nothing.

Waited toooo long!
Liked: I liked the location because it was very convenient. It was within walking distance of my activities and centrally located and easily accessible from the highway.
Disliked: Check-in 4pm, but my room was not available upon arrival.

Liked: pool was ok for the kids
Disliked: They lied about having a hot tub. It says they do but they DON'T. The customer service was terrible and unresponsive. The free breakfast is a sham. Overall not a great experience at all.

Disliked: The service in the restaurant and the fact that only one elevator was working on 4th of July!!! It was so overcrowded and long wait times. Ridiculous!

Would not stay again, hotel...
Liked: Clean facilities. Typical Hilton Garden Inn. It is combined with the Hampton and Home 2 suites, meaning they all share the same pool, lobby with Customer Service, but different breakfast set-ups. The location is right next to the conference center, but otherwise there is not much around there. relatively quiet. Being in the city meant even on the 14th floor heard sirens throughout the day and night.
Disliked: Paid more than $600 per night. Said it was due to the conference. Never played that much for any room st a conference and this certainly was not an exceptional place to stay. Pool water was murky. Lower level customer Service was nice but seemed to not have autonomy from upper management and difficulty with basic decisions. Though I had breakfast and confirmed on booking.com, the staff insisted that I did not have it. Using booking was almost a punishment for this hotel. They finally gave us breakfast but it was an unpleasant and unnecessary experience. They also had issues printing my invoice for my stay…. Just basic issues I haven’t had other hotels.

Bad
Disliked: Flight got delayed 12 hours..hotel canceled my reservation. Arrived to no room. Had to rebook at another hotel after 18 hours of harrowing travel. Terrible experience.
