Would stay again - nice...

Liked: I think they did an excellent job, considering that there were many people there for a volleyball tournament. My biggest issue was that there were two elevators, one of which was not working. This meant extremely long waits for an elevator. Unfortunately, taking the stairs was not an option. If taking the stairs had have been an option that would’ve been much better. I wish they would’ve made the stairs accessible during the time the elevator was out of service (which included the entirety of our stay). Other than this, everything was handled pretty well by the hotel. The on-site gym was really nice and I really was appreciative of being able to work out during my stay.My daughter really enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: Elevator being out of service.

Liked: Friendly staff and needed the key to get on the elevator
Disliked: No good food places close, nothing to walk right outside and do

I was unable to sleep...

Liked: Amenities were nice and organized and very clean.
Disliked: I did not like that the staff were being overly aggressive. One security guard was constantly harassing my kids and threatened to evict them out of their hotel room for no apparent reason.

Parking is a nightmare

Liked: The location is close to alot of things.
Disliked: The parking is an absolute nightmare, even with "valet" parking. Be prepared to wait an hour to retrieve your car. Or leave before the 11am checkout and you may be in luck.
