Price was ridiculed for what...

Liked: The location was good and the hotel looked nice
Disliked: The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and when I would message the staff for something ,it took hours for them to get back to me. Example, I asked for toilet paper in the morning and they didn’t respond until late afternoon , said they would have someone bring it up. I said we are at the festival but they can leave the toilet paper . They changed the trash ,but never brought any toilet paper back

it was honestly 9.5/10 i...

Liked: the layout of the room is great for 3+ people, theres ample room on either side of the bed, and the bathroom sink counter allows people to put things on either side. theres a closet for hanging towels or clothes, extra pillows already in the closet. the towels were comfortable enough. free tea and coffee though i never used any. the pool and gym were very very clean. the location is literally next to a subway entrance/exit- i was very pleased with that. also next to a chipotle
Disliked: the bed was too soft for me. only 3 elevators
