Liked: The hotel was downtown and everything could be reached on foot. The closest train stop was 5 minutes walk away. The room was very quiet and comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful.

Liked: Customers service was excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom stayed cold, no heat only if you keep the bathroom door opening to get heat from the other room. Overall the hotel is very nice and clean.

Enjoyed my stay at this...
Disliked: Breakfast not included. Had to check out at 1pm but my train did not leave until 8pm. I had to wonder around the city for 5 hours or so. Wish you offered prorated amount for these kinds of situations.

The room was a great...
Liked: I liked the idea that we were allowed to store our luggage until we were actually able to check into a room. I also liked that two male employees went above and beyond to make sure we got on the right el train to meet my son, although they had never heard of the stop we needed to get to.
Disliked: The communication about "whole day" access was ridiculous. It led us to believe we would be able to check in, for a fee, as soon as we arrived. However, when we got there, that was not the case and the person we talked to was rather rude about the whole situation. Also, where we were sent to store our luggage was not made clear-we had to ask for better direction and the person "guarding" that room was much more interested in his conversation with a group of ladies than helping us figure out what we were supposed to do.
