Fine, bed/elevator sucked
Liked: The location is awesome, literally couldn't be in a better spot. Being attached to PF Chang was a great perk, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was breathe taking. The staff was friendly enough and would promptly answer questions and provide solutions.
P.S. Having a microwave/fridge in your room is a MUST after this experience, it was so nice and convenient.
Disliked: The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was surprising. We stayed on the 22nd floor and the elevator doesn't prioritize. For example we walked into the lobby and got on the elevator after a long eventful day, it went up to floor 18, stopped people entered then stopped at every floor until it reached the bottom. Once there it began to go up/down again. It took us 15 minutes just to get to our room. I've stayed at over a dozen hotels in the area and this has never been a problem. It was unfortunate.
